I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Have been using Crossfit as my off-ice condition program since 2009. Now that I've hung up the skates Crossfit is all I do.

I have been doing Crossfit on and off since 2009 but finally in the past year have been fully committed to it.
