Started Crossfit in October of 2012, I am a former dancer at University of Utah. I have a dance, cheer and gymnastics background. I am a mother of 4 boys. I work, go to school and crossfit that is about it.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Started October of 2012. I had just had my fourth kid via C-section and I met a trainer at our gym. The amazing CJ Feller. He trained me in interval training and high functional movements and I lost all my weight quick. He asked me about 6 months later to try a Crossfit competition and I didn't know what crossfit was. I entered and won and the rest is history.
