How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try my best to eat only fresh unprocessed foods. When I food shop, I stay in the veggies section and butcher counter. I find it easier to plan my meals ahead of time so it leaves little room for error. My favorite indulgence is sushi... I am a bottomless pit when it comes to the stuff.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I add in a few short runs a week to maintain my cardio.
My Athletic Background
I was a cheerleader in high school and have always been "high energy" but as far as competitive sports go this takes the cake.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I was so bored of the monotonay of a "regular" gym... surrounded by cardio equipment and weights people who had no idea how to use any of it properly. A friend recommended crossfit. I tried it once at my box and have been addicted ever since. I am fortuneate to have the best coach ever!!!
