It's just a bit of fun, isn't?? Used to do a lot of running, now I do CrossFit as well. I'm not very good, but I try hard every time!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I do Paleo, but with dairy and the odd glass of beer/wine! This slight cheating can be seen covering my abs.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I started running at 23 to lose weight. I have run many half marathons, 10K's and 5K's. I completed the New York Marathon in 2009, but am now retired from long distance running due to dodgy knees! I have been Crossfitting since June 2012.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
Sometimes I run in the morning, but it depends on if I hit the snooze button or not.
