I weigh and measure my food
I do try and eat well with the odd bottle of beer/wine! This slight cheating can be seen covering my abs.

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I started running at 23 to lose weight. I have run many half marathons, 10K's and 5K's. I completed the New York Marathon in 2009, but am now retired from long distance running due to dodgy knees! I have been Crossfitting since June 2012.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Sometimes I run in the morning, but it depends on if I hit the snooze button or not.
