Having a great time. Crossfit makes me want to push myself. I haven't felt this good physically since the time I worked for the Railroad as a Gandy-Dancer.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try and keep a good baseline Paleo diet so that when it's time for Wine or Pizza or having the bun with a burger I don't feel guilty.
