How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
try and eat as healthy as possible cooking most of my meals myself with the occasional cheat meal here and there and then my body lets me know i shouldnt have eaten it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
i alternate a week of crossfit at my crossfit gym and a week of weights and cardio while i work away from home
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
used to play soccer, cricket, hockey, tennis and then found crossfit aaand im hooked.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
worked with a girl that did it and she said i should try it... been doing it ever since, i love it
My Work/Rest Schedule
when im home i do every 6:30am session when the gym is open, if im feeling energetic or crazy ill go back in the afternoon and try and better my time or lift
