Like most here, CrossFit changed my life. Out of the discipline and self-awareness learned in the pursuit of performance, I've gained a sense of self that was previously lacking in my life. CrossFit has allowed me to have a more widespread and positive influence on others than I could ever have ever hoped. I now strive to reach my highest potential, as an athlete and a man, in order to be the best example for others in my life that I can be. Lead from the front.
