How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
It all comes down to nutrition. When the nutrition slips, weight gain follows. Things were a lot easier after I beat my sugar addiction.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I try to hit the box about 4-5 times/wk. I record my times so I can mark my progress. I do some other training at home or with friends (run, row, etc.)
My Athletic Background
I've run multiple marathons and half marathons. I try to keep at least one large event on the horizon to train for at all times.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Been at CrosstFit EaDo since it opened. Good people there.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to do CrossFit 4+ times per week and throw in some other activities on my own (run, row, etc).
