I first got the taste of CrossFit in January 2011. I continued to do workouts and challenges on my own, but in June 2012 I took my husband to the CrossFit for Hope workout at CrossFit Industrious! We were hooked! I've been working out there ever since and I just can't get enough of the workouts, but most of all the community / family we have there! In July of 2013 I completed my L1 and I'm not coaching at Industrious! It's so much fun being an athlete and coaching others!
How I Eat
I eat Paleo for the most part, but usually have 1 cheat meal a week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I only workout at the most amazing CrossFit Affiliate - CrossFit Industrious!
