How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I would starve to death if I ate Paleo. I have, however, removed a lot of dairy from my diet and have felt fantastic. I had no idea.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started February 25, 2012. I know this because it was my mom's birthday and while driving to the box for the first time, I thought, "This is gonna suck and mom will be mad at me when I die on her birthday."
