Bio

There is nothing more empowering than proving to yourself, and to those who labeled you, doubted you, or fed into your fears, that you can do something once thought impossible. There is no greater feeling than being comfortable in your own skin as opposed to trying to look like a photo-shopped model. Being part of this community is soul-nourishing, rewarding beyond measure, as everyone is working hard to find the best and healthiest version of themselves. The lessons learned and the knowledge gained extend beyond just the CrossFit box, as do the connections and friendships. I am grateful everyday to be part of it - the struggle; the success; the surprise PR's; the missed lifts; the sore muscles (THE DOMS); the sweat; sometimes tears - all of it. And I owe it all to my incredible sister for finding it and then introducing it to me. Let's have some fun!
