I eat whatever is convenient
Delicious healthy things until evening. Then loads of carbohydrates in liquid form, also delicious.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I should lift heavier things more often. Always in for a punisher 30 min plus MetCon. In other words, I stick to things I'm good at....
