I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began CrossFit in November of 2011. My brother Ryan Quinn introduced me to CrossFit and we have been training at O'Hare CrossFit ever since. At family gatherings, we enjoy talking about our CrossFit experiences and our coach.
