I eat whatever is convenient
I want to see improvements with my workouts and set pb's . In order for that to happen, I have to get serious about clean eating. YOU CAN'T OUT TRAIN A CRAPPY DIET! Believe me on this one. I've tried! ...lol
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Currently workout at Crossfit New Zealand 3x/week and running 10k at least once a week.
