How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at NEPA CrossFit. I usually do a programmed workout dictated by the coaching staff at NEPA Crossfit for my morning WOD. Depending on how I feel that day, I will typically go back after the work day to give my body plenty of rest, hydration and nutrition throughout the day. Then, I'll work on either metcon, skills or both. It always helps to have an amazing training partner.
