How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow a primal diet, with minimal dairy and alcohol, no added sugars, and little fruit. I do cheat a few times a week, but usually not a full meal, maybe one item like a piece of cheese, or a glass of wine. I don't feel well if I eat grains.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
