How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Just updated this for 2016 and it interesting to look back at the changes since I wrote my original bio in 2012. I've recently passed the CF-LI Trainers course and as part of this have look into the zone diet into some depth. I'm now a bit of a convert and so I'm still trying to internalise this so it becomes just part of my everyday routine.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I try to train 3-4 time a week but life sometimes gets in the way a bit.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did a little bit of this and that at school but never considered sport to be a part of my life, just something you did when you were told you had to
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to do three day on and one day off but I can't always get to my box but to work.
