Bio

I started CrossFit at CrossFit Ansbach while stationed in Germany. In December 2012, I walked through the doors there and learned as much as I could until June of 2013 when the Army sent me to Colorado. I got my Level 1 during this transition time back to the states. Once I got to Colorado, I was told I'd deploy for 9 months to Kuwait. I helped coach at Spartan Shield Crossfit, while getting the most training in that I could, before redeploying in the summer of 2014. I did not train as much as I could going into the 2015 open, but finally joined an affiliate at Crossfit Decimate during that time, and enjoyed my training and time there. My latest move brought me to north Houston, in January 2016. I currently train at Crossfit Overtake.
