My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
CrossFit has changed my life. I've always hated gyms and never thought of myself as competitive. For years I struggled with fitness and as I entered my late 20's I started to notice my weight creeping up, it became harder to lose it through diet and I knew things had to change. This time a year ago I couldn't even do a single push up and these days after busting out hand stand push ups and pull ups I look at myself and wonder what happened.
