My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
If I'm really sore I don't workout. Common sense approach.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My first cross fit workout was Cindy. I went to the gym to train legs heavy that night. Instead I got roped into this weird workout that never seemed to end. When it was over I still did my leg workout ( not quite as heavy ) and that was it. I was curious what the other women of cross fit had in stored. It's been a rocky relationship ever since!
