Started CrossFit 3 years and 50 lbs. ago, it has completely changed my life. It made a stronger person both mentally and physically, I am now more goal oriented and determined to go through any obstacle in my way. I can't thank my coaches and and fellow CrossFit friends enough.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Just whatever is there.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
4-5 times per week. Sometimes I throw in 2-a days

I played youth or high school level sports
Baseball, Football and Basketball.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
3 years mostly at Crossfit Oldtown in Alexandria, Va. and then a little at Carolina Crossfit in Columbia, SC.
