I eat 100% paleo 80% of the time. I will have 1-2 cheat meals on the weekends.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started crossfit just before my 40th birthday in June 2009. It was my midlife crisis calling me to crossfit. I love it and hope that I'm still able to crossfit when I hit the next midlife crisis-whenever that may be.
