How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I believe in "good in-good out". But what works for one person may not work for another and I'm still figuring out what works and what doesn't work for me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I swam all growing up and continued it into college with an athletic scholarship at University of San Diego.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
We did a lot of modified CrossFit workouts for swimming in college so I was familiar with CrossFit for a long time before I joined an affiliate.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I typically go 5-6 times per week. My rest days aren't consistant, I just listen to my body and if I need a day to rest I take it and use it to really get back the strength I need for the next workout.
