Due to being in debt to a dangerous crime syndicate I've been forced to enter this competition with hopes of taking the prize money and paying said debt. With the remains of the money won being used to fund my alcohol and exotic dancer addiction.
How I Eat
My pre-workout usually consists of either Red Bull or fistfulls of granulated coffee or both. Post workout is a VB (4.9% green tin) and a Winfield Blue. Nutrition is key! So I tend not to stray from my strict diet of doritio's, vegemite and spinach (beacuse of popeye) though every once and a while I need a cheat meal.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Monday: Chest, Tuesday: Back, Wednesday: Shoulders, Thursday: Ab Circle Pro, Friday: Gun Show, Saturday: Hungover, Sunday: Grow day.
My Athletic Background
Consequtive man of the match awards during my season playing for the U/11 Kawana Dolphins JRLC is a good indicator of my work capacity and agility, coupled with a successful career of street fighting whilst in my teens this has assured me cement like mental strength and plank like core stability.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I've always been a big fan of girls, so when I heard that there were workouts that had girls names and you got to thruster and use thier snatch, of course I was interested!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
Always need grow days. I typically like to get about 10-12 hours sleep a night.
