I eat strict Paleo
Went Paleo a good 6 months prior to crossfitting. Now I got the best of both worlds!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
or I trail run, yoga, hike, and dance whenever/wherever I can!
My Athletic Background
I started lifting heavy when I was 15yrs old. Never was much in to school sports being that I was a teen mother but got into the sport of fitness soon thereafter.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Since I regularly provide Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release massage and bodywork to many many crossfitters I need a lot of recovery time and have stuck to crossfitting one day a week starting out.
