Got into crossfit a couple years ago. As of November I made many lifestyle changes, sleeping more, eating the correct foods, and more activity. Got back into Crossfit serisouly in January and am ready to see how I compare to everyone out there so i can continue to focus on getting better every day, month and year moving forward.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
Fairly new to eating a strict diet, it has gone well over the last 3 months and have really seen results in weight loss, conditiong and just overall feeling better. I eat meats, vegatables and any bread is almond flour based.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Rivercity Crossfit 5 days per week in the AM. I follow their programming and guidance.

My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
It has made everything better, i thouroughly enjoy the crossfit lifestyle and the crossfit family I am lucky to be a part of.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I workout Mon, Tues- rest wed, work out thurs, Fri, and Sat, rest Sunday. I will often have other activities such as Wakeboarding and cycling on the same day as a crossfit workout but I do not count those as an additional workout.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started 2 years ago, did not get seriously into Crossfit until January of this year.
