The 2015 Open was my motivation to get back into the box after healing from colon surgery. Need to get into my fighting weight as I am about to start adjuvant chemo therapy.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Whole food/ unprocessed and vegan for 2 years. Feel like a beast master!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
The Reebok Open was pretty much the only cross fit Wod's I've been able to do in 2015. Colon surgery in January, Chemo from April to September, and a hernia surgery with port removal will pretty much set me back and be like starting all over once I'm cleared by the Dr. to lift again. Can't wait!!!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Been watching my husband garage crossfit since 2007. Really regret not starting with him. It looked awful. Then I started to see his results. I decided it would be a great 40th birthday gift to myself. Have been hooked ever since!
