For me, fitness is a source of joy, and it takes many forms. I pursue CrossFit, Running, Swimming and Cycling, all toward the end of becoming a better athlete and a more well-rounded human being. The bottom line, Speed, Strength, Power, Cooridination, and Progress, this is what I am after.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Bootom line, I eat to live, not live to eat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I own an affiliate and train with the most amazing people ever!!!
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Started CrossFitting 4 years ago and since then haven't been able to get enough of racing, competing and just getting out there and testing my training.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
To say CF has changed who and what I am is an understatement. It's who I am and what I do.
