I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I try to get 3-4 days at the box. Several times I took off a week or two and paid dearly in pain and suffering. Still could do the WOD's but it was sore the next 2 days. Getting in at least 3x a week is my preference.
