How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Tried one month of 80% paleo last August (2012) - enjoyed it so plan to start again in the month leading to the 6th March!

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Sport in France is not really included in college/school curriculum, although we do play sport in school, of course. When it comes to competitive sport, it's all done through clubs and associations. I've been heavily involved in sport activities since the age of 8: gymnastics, volley ball, tennis, pelote basque, athletics (javelin, sprint and long jump) at regional level, and rugby in France (ex French rugby international) and Ireland (club and Leinster province).
