I came to CrossFit as a marathoner and triathlete. I wanted to build strength to help in endurance competitions. After 2 weeks of CrossFit, I was having too much fun to return to the endurance sports. But more than fitness, CrossFit has lead to great friendships. I am having a blast competing with pals!

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
