I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat lean and green without measuring my food - 5 to 7 meals a day

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played Jr. A hockey and continue to ski, play hockey, and lacrosse.
