How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
My goal isn't to be a top games athlete. I train to have fun and just better myself overall. So I don't eat unhealthy foods, but if I feel like having a 'cheat meal', it won't bother me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Been training at the same gym for the last 4 and a half years. Those guys are like family to me now.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
CrossFit and non-competitive sports play with friends. Ice Hockey or Football in the summer.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I started 4 and a half years ago and instantly got hooked. Attended the 2012 Canada East Regionals with my gym's team!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I play Ice Hockey on Saturdays, and usually take two days off during the week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Longer than I thought! Time goes by so quickly. It's amazing to see the progression. Form, weights, weight loss and muscle gain! I just love CrossFit!
