How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I live at home, so if my mom is making spaghetti or lasagna, you know I'm eating that lol.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I go regularly 4-5 times a week. Also have a bar and weights at home to work on technique and form.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
CrossFit and non-competitive sports play with friends. Ice Hockey or Football in the summer.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I hope to one day attend and complete the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I let my body rest on the weekends.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Time flies! Started a couple months going twice a week. Decided I wanted another day of training so I then did three times a week for a few months. Now I've been going 4-6 days a week for over a year now.
