I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
College student living in dorms, but eating as clean as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming

Typically workout 6 or 7 days a week. Two-a-day training as much as possible doing WODs in the mornings and heavy squats or other lifts in a traditional gym.
