First and for most I want to thank my lord and savior Jesus Christ for loving me unconditionally and for Dying on the cross for my sins. My life most certainly started as a struggle. I have made many wrong turns and few right ones. One of the few was when I started Crossfit four years ago to train and prepare my self to become a Fire Fighter. Another was when I married my amazing wife Rachel. It has been a long hard road but so very worth it. I believe in the saying "Nothing in this world comes easy". I used to think that pain was bad but now I know that it also equals progress. I was hired last year as a fire fighter and I have never been happier. For the first time in a while my wife and I are looking to the future with hope and wonder. Crossfit has lead me to some life long friendships and taught me a lot about myself. I will continue to love and support it for many years to come.
