How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Currrently trying to follow a form of "Eat to Perform" in order to shed fat and gain performance in my WODs.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I played a couple years of basketball and volleyball in Junior High and then was a cheerleader in High School. After that I got pretty lazy until I started CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Usually one workout a day five days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
March 1, 2014 will mark two years for me.
