How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I try to eat clean, but do have those foods that are convenient. I did 2 solid months of strict Paleo with no cheats and lost 12 pounds. Now I'm careful with what I eat, but not super strict.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I played a couple years of basketball and volleyball in Junior High and then was a cheerleader in High School. After that I got pretty lazy until a year ago when I started CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Usually one workout a day five days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
March 1, 2013 will mark one year of CrossFit for me.
