I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Training for a triathlon with CrossFit Endurance programming + Gym Jones in the offseason

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

In 2005, I was stationed in Quantico, VA. Some Marines at the Martial Arts Center of Excellence were like, "what's this?" "This" was Fran. Hooked.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

Focusing on running, biking, swimming but I WOD 6x/week.
