I workout at home, work, and Crossfit OKC. We have an awesome home setup thanks to my hubby and great resources at work. Several days a week I go to Crossfit OKC for the extra push and coaching. I keep a log of all my workouts and times so I can track my progress.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I was introduced to CrossFit by family 3 years ago and used it to help me cross-train for other activities I enjoy such as short distance tris and running. In 2011 I had my son, Landon. My husband and I used CrossFit to get back in shape and continue to use it to cross train.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I typically use my lunch hour for cardio or accessory training and will Crossfit or lift in the evenings. Last month I overtrained and learned the hard way that rest is a must. Going forward, I will be more focused on balance as I work to achieve my fitness goals.
