How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat mostly paleo with the exception of cheese and have 1-3 cheats per week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am also a professional acrobat, and Canadian pole fitness bronze medalist.
My Athletic Background
I played professional sports
I own a pole fitness studio and have been competing in pole fitness for four years. I have also a training in circus arts and gymnastic.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do crossfit only 3 times per week since I train in other demanding sports as well.
