How I Eat

I eat whatever is convenient

College doesn't lend to healthy eating to too much, but I do what I can!

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I do the majority of my training at CrossFit Bolt in Coppell Texas! My coach- Matt McCraney is for sure the best coach I've had in any kind of athletic activity. I train there three to four times a week and usually do one or two workouts at home, rarely ever do I train at a traditional gym.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Pre-CrossFit I had played lacrosse for six years. Before lacrosse I played soccer and baseball.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

Between quitting lacrosse and starting CrossFit I had a little less than a year of traditional training. At this point I had gained some muscle, but lost most of my speed and stamina. After a few months, my dad joined CrossFit Bolt. At the time he was pretty overweight and needed some serious help. With only a few weeks under his belt, he was already a changed man. So after seeing everything it did for him I decided to try out CrossFit for myself and was hooked after day one.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

When first starting, I would do one WOD a day, three to four times a week. As of lately, i've made that two WODs in order to be in top competing condition!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years

This will be my third open!
