How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
With 2 kids under 7 it is tough (if not impossible) to be strict Paleo, but I do my best to keep the sugars and bad stuff out. Most days I do well, others...well let's just say there are others. :)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Spend my lifting and crossfit activity at LIfeworx, but also get out for 4-7 mile runs 2-3x week.

Work at Lifeworx 5x week then rest on the weekends, and spend time with family around the breakfast table, etc.
