How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
With 2 kids under 5 it is tough (if not impossible) to be strict Paleo, but I do my best to keep the sugars and bad stuff out. Most days I do well, others...well let's just say there are others. :)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Spend my lifting and crossfit activity at LIfeworx, but also get out for 4-7 mile runs 2-3x week.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Played LAX, a long time ago, for UCSB and have been playing ice hockey for a few years now.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Have had to add more rest days in as I have thoroughly enjoyed my 8 months of crossfit activity.
