My Work/Rest Schedule
I try to train as much as work allows me and I listen to my body if I need rest. Sometimes I'll go 4 straight days training and then rest a couple days or sometimes I'll go 2 days on 1 day off or 2 days on and then 1 active rest day which is usually mountain biking or just stationary bike and then 2 more days on.
