How I Eat
I eat paleo and "zone-conscious". Baconators, pizza, and poutine on Saturday nights.
How I Train
I follow a scaled-volume version of Ben Bergeron's Competitor's WOD. I do best with not a whole lot of volume, but still love the complexity of Competitor's WOD, and the fact that I don't have to waste time thinking of what to do. I now train at CF Sudbury during the school year and at CF Genetic Potential and my backyard during the summer and breaks.
My Athletic Background
Only serious high school sport was volleyball. I enjoy unorganized sports more. Been skateboarding and snowboarding since I was 10. New favourite is slacklining. I like random things.
My Experience With CrossFit

My Work/Rest Schedule
4-5 days per week, 1 workout per day. I typically train about 4 weeks on, then take the 5th week completely off.
