My Athletic Background
Only serious high school sport was volleyball. I enjoy unorganized sports more. Been skateboarding and snowboarding since I was 10. New favourite is slacklining. I like random things.
My Experience With CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
5 days per week, 1 workout per day (Rest Sun./Wed.). I typically train about 4 weeks on, then take the 5th week completely off.
