My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Played softball until I was 52. Took up mountain biking after that. Used a Bowflex and elliptical machine regularly, then found Crossfit and never looked back. 15 months into Crossfit, down 18 lbs and have recently joined the Barbell Club. looking forward to gaining more strength.
