So far training is consistant and increasing every 30 days.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Previous collegiate Judo Player for community college of San Francisco.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started with no coach and no experience in CrossFit. Occasionally I lifted weights as a person aspiring to train in the discipline of body building. I came to the conclusion that the movements could not be applied to real time events and possible scenarios involving my job as an Soldier serving in the Army as a Helicopter Mechanic who also flies.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I have active rest days where I have a light run or bike ride or swim.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I learned of CrossFit before I left for Afghanistan and I had been wanting to try it out and recieved one week of training before having to leave on deployment. I then proceeded to implement whatever movements I could perform with limited equipment and no sometimes nothing. When I returned from Afghanistan I went to the trainer who started me and began training with him ever since.
