How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm a foodie so it's about finding balance. My number one rule is to eat with intention and focus.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at an affiliate (holla to CrossFit Central!) as well as supplement my CrossFit classes with at home workouts, usually following CrossFit.com or my own programming.
My Athletic Background
I have been a dancer since I was 3 years old and received a BA in Dance (emphasis in modern).
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I found CrossFit through a free community workout then immediately joined bootcamp and indoor PT with a coach. I quickly switched to indoor classes and continued with PT for almost 2 years. CrossFit infiltrates every breath as it provides me with an outlet for expression, an obsession, a new form of athleticism, and well of strength I never knew I had. I talk about with all members of my life and have found myself training friends and colleagues.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I work out 4-5x/week and love and hate my rest days!
