2-5 times a week at CF Dynamix, when it fits into my schedule. Outside of that, I am not that active.

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Lost 40 lbs in 6 months and kept it off. I plateau from time to time, but generally PRing in workouts and maxes each time they come up. I have reorganized my schedule to go to the gym. I used to stay up late, now I get up most days to make a 7am WOD.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest a lot. Sometimes for ripped up hands.
