Grew up in Peru and then later moved to Boulder City NV. Played soccer in highschool. Joined the Marines. Came back, started CrossFit in '07 out of my garage following When we had 20 of my friends training in my one car garage I decided to go get certified with my brother Shain. Along with TJ, we opened SinCity CrossFit in '08. Since then I have never been happier. I love what I do. It doesn't seem like a job. I train and work full time at SinCity CrossFit. I put everything I have into it. We have the best community of people here that are now my family. I met my wife Sheena when she started training here. I proposed to her in our box at a FGB event. We had baby Evalyn last year. They are at the gym every morning and I love it. The most important thing in the world to me is my family and secondly is SinCity CrossFit. CrossFit has changed my life, and I want to share it with as many people as I can.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout at my affiliate SinCity CrossFit. Myself and 2 other owners alternate weekly programming.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I train other people

I started CrossFit with my roomate in my garage. Followed mainsite for 2 years. Started training freinds for free and did that for a year. Got certified at crossfit san diego. Open SinCity CrossFit in '08. I met my wife because of CrossFit. I proposed at our box, and we got a little crossfitter on the way.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

I usually just listen to my body. Rest when I need the rest. Sometimes 3 or 5 days in a row. Sometimes I do to or 3 a days.
