My wife invited me to come work out with her at OCCF. I was impressed and inspired by the people I met. That was five years ago and it hasn't changed. I metabolize the hard work and challenges as metaphor for life, generally.
My performance enhancer of choice is Slayer. That hasn't changed in 25 years.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
