How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
70-80% quality/fresh meat and fresh vegetables and some fruit. I supplement with Shakeology and Beachbody recovery formula.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Football, wrestling and track in H.S. Wrestling and rugby in college. Now I golf and CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Been at CrossFit for a year and a half and I can honestly say I've never lived healthier in my life. It just makes you want to do everything you can outside the gym so that you can perform at your absolute highest level when you're in the gym.
